Welcome to HAIRFLO! PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW! Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they have appointment with me due to limited space. If you are a first-time guest receiving any color service, please provide a current photo of your hair (unfiltered) and a photo of your desired hair color. This will help me properly schedule timing and as well have readily available products to perform your desired service. You are more than welcome to contact me if you have any questions on choosing the services that are right for you. If there is an open time slot and you would like to book it but cannot through the app, please contact me. Payment: Accepting all major credit cards (3.5% credit card processing fee). Please no Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle. If paying with cash please be aware I do not have change to give back. **PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW!** I am currently taking clients at Salon Alo in Occoquan. As of Nov. 1st there will be a new booking site to schedule your appointments of any services done at the salon. Cancellation Policy
48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests are welcome to reschedule or cancel appointments 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 hours, the guests credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. You will NOT be refunded your deposit. I encourage rescheduling your service to avoid the fee. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged 100% of service amount. To avoid missed appointments you are always welcome to call/text and double check any appointments if unsure.
** PUNCTUALITY POLICY:
Guests are allotted a 15 minute grace period due to lateness. Arriving 15 minutes past your appointment time may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the guests appointment. The credit card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals, i understand things happen. Please understand this policy allows me to maintain punctuality for each guest throughout the day.
